Photographic Fees

  • Natural Light Session – Single Family Home under 2000 sq. ft.: $150.

This session uses exclusively the natural light available in the home. Some HDR may be included as needed. Up to 24 completed images will be delivered to the client via download (usually from DropBox) within one day of the session. This is the session for clients having a smaller home who want good quality imagery at an affordable price.

  • Standard Coverage Session – Single Family Home under 2500 sq. ft.:  $200.

This includes both interior and exterior photographs and will take approximately 1.5 hours followed by an additional 2.5 – 3 hours of digital image preparation. Virtual Twilight photographs are available at no additional charge if photographic conditions permit. 20-30 finished images will be delivered as well as our Virtual Tour package. This fee includes a license to publish as needed for one year in order to sell the home. You will receive a website for the home with a control panel containing several types of marketing options. This package is designed to maximize publicity for the home and automate your work so you can get more done in less time. It’s a real estate professional’s dream!

Upgrade this package to include 4 aerial photographs of the home and its surrounding area.  –  $50

  • Larger Home Coverage Session – Single Family Home 2500 – 5000 sq. ft.:  $275.

This package is the same as the Complete Coverage Session for smaller homes with some additional time and images for the larger home. Usually about 2 hours on site. These images are also delivered via our Virtual Tour package.

Upgrades:  aerial video of the home and its surrounding area.  –  $50     Additional aerial still photos – $10 each.

  • Luxury Home Coverage Package – Single Family Home over 5000 sq. ft.:  $350.

This package is the same as the Complete Coverage Session for smaller homes with additional time and more images for the larger home. Usually about 2.5 hours on site. These images are also delivered via our Virtual Tour package.

Upgrades:  10 aerial still images.  –  $100     Additional 30 seconds of aerial video – $70 each.

Virtual staging fills those empty rooms with attractive furnishings and wall art that makes the room much more attractive to buyers and sells homes faster. Virtual staging in most homes requires 4-6 photographs to be staged.      Learn More

  • Real-Time Twilight Photos:  $100.

Twilight images are made from near sunset to approximately 40 minutes after sunset. All lights in the home must be turned on and there may be added lighting. Twilight shots give a dramatic and elegant look to the home. Normal photo sessions may be scheduled to take advantage of twilight hours at no extra charge.

  • Hourly rate: $100.

 The hourly fee is based on time on-site but also includes up to one additional hour of basic editing. This fee applies when something other than the standard full home exterior/interior photography is needed.

  • Commercial buildings are photographed at an hourly rate.
  • Advanced editing is available at an additional $100 per hour. Many commercial jobs will require advanced editing to achieve top-quality results.
  • Prints and publication and/or advertising licensing fees are quoted on request.
