Depending on the size of the property, I will spend about 1-2.5 hours on site making both exterior and interior photographs. This is followed by an additional time of about 3 hours in post-production to prepare your finished images and Virtual Tour. Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail link announcing the publication of your Virtual Tour. You will also receive your own control panel from which you can link to your Virtual Tour, download QR codes to make it easy for clients to view your tour, download your digital image files, post the photos to the MLS, print flyers, e-mail clients about the tour, and download copies of the slideshow videos, as well as several other services designed to make your job easier and faster. There is no additional charge for these services nor is there a subscription for hosting the Virtual Tour.
Your Virtual Tour is a turn-key product designed to get you up and running quickly – and there is no extra fee for Virtual Tour coverage. Your tour will be prepared on a website designed with Real Estate professionals in mind. You will be emailed an internet link that will take you to your new private website where you will find two versions of your virtual tour as well as a standard photo gallery. The tour can be a traditional slideshow or it may include pan and zoom video effects, floor plans linked to the slideshow, and panorama photographs. Your photographs will be delivered as a set of links – like those below – to your home’s virtual tour. The Unbranded tour is formatted for the MLS. You simply copy the link and paste it into your MLS page. No long set-up for you or your office staff.
The slideshow is produced in both an unbranded and a branded version. The web service’s logo or contact information is not on the slideshow. All branding is for the realtor. Everything on this site is about a superior presentation, helping you sell the home faster, and making your job easier. It is an outstanding service.
